SignalDigest

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SignalDigest, a subscription digest of public AI developer-tool changelogs and related materials (the “Service”), operated by SignalDigest (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SignalDigest provides curated, source-linked summaries of publicly available changelog and release information, delivered by email and, if you enable them, other channels you configure (such as webhooks or push notifications). The Service is informational. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and payment method to subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email and for activity under your subscription. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (typically monthly) through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices and promo codes are shown at checkout. Unless canceled, your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) resell or redistribute the digest as a competing product without our written permission; (b) attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; or (d) share login or delivery endpoints in a way that enables unauthorized mass redistribution.

5. Intellectual property

Our branding, site copy, curation prompts, and presentation of the digest are ours. Source material belongs to the original publishers; we link to public sources and do not claim ownership of third-party content. You retain rights to feedback you send us; you grant us a license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not liable for decisions you make based on digest content, missed releases, delivery delays, or third-party outages (email, payment, hosting, or push providers).

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service by canceling your subscription. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
